By downloading, installing, or using DreamLooom ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

DreamLooom is an iOS application that allows users to record dreams via voice, transcribe recordings, extract keywords using Apple Intelligence, and generate images based on those keywords. The App stores data in your private iCloud account.

3. Requirements

• iPhone with iOS 18.4 or later
• Apple Intelligence-compatible device for full functionality
• iCloud account for data storage and sync
• Microphone permission for voice recording

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
• Maintain the security of your Apple ID and iCloud account
• Be responsible for all content you record and store

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by tknzk and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Images generated by the App using Image Playground are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the voice recordings and dream content you create. The App processes this content solely to provide its features and does not transmit it to external servers.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, tknzk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data.

9. Third-Party Services

The App utilizes Apple services including iCloud (CloudKit), Speech framework, Apple Intelligence, and Image Playground. Your use of these services is subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App without prior notice for conduct that violates these terms.
